OUR FOUNDER
Gina Laguerre
Blackstone Shield Transport was founded by Gina Laguerre, an experienced security operator and entrepreneur who built and led Universal Security Guard Association before extending that operational discipline into executive transportation.
Her experience in preparation, personnel supervision, route awareness and client protection shapes how Blackstone approaches every engagement. The company was created to bring the discipline of a professional security operation into a refined, client-focused transportation experience.
Blackstone is the client-facing brand. We manage the client relationship and oversee the complete executive transportation experience, including advance planning, travel coordination, discretion and service delivery from planning through arrival.
Licensed protective personnel supporting Blackstone engagements are provided and supervised through USGA.

HOW WE WORK
A Seamless Movement Begins Before the Vehicle Arrives
Blackstone reviews the details in advance so the client does not have to feel the work behind the experience.
1. Private Inquiry
You or the professional responsible for the movement shares the itinerary, timing and required level of support.
2. Requirements Review
We confirm the principal’s preferences, vehicle requirements, confidentiality expectations and existing protection arrangements.
3. Advance Coordination
Routes, timing, airport or FBO procedures, communication responsibilities and contingency requirements are reviewed before the movement.
When a client already maintains an Executive Protection team, Blackstone coordinates with the detail leader to confirm responsibilities, protocols and operating requirements.
4. Movement Delivery
The client receives calm, punctual and discreet executive transportation managed around the approved plan.
5. Follow-Up and Continuity
We confirm successful completion, document relevant preference updates and prepare the account for future movements.
How Blackstone and USGA Work Together
Blackstone manages the transportation experience and the client relationship. Licensed protective personnel supporting Blackstone engagements are provided and supervised through Universal Security Guard Association.
Blackstone’s transportation credentials and USGA’s protective-services licensing are separate and are always described separately.
Depending on the service selected, USGA provides the Executive Protection Driver or both the Executive Protection Driver and Executive Protection Agent.
The client experiences one seamless Blackstone engagement, with Blackstone remaining the client-facing brand throughout.
