Gina Laguerre is the founder of Blackstone Shield Transport and a South Florida–based entrepreneur with a proven record in security operations and executive leadership. Her work focuses on disciplined execution, discretion, and protection at the highest level.
In 2017, Gina founded Universal Security Guard Association (USGA) and grew it into a trusted security partner serving federal, state, and private-sector clients across 13 states. Under her leadership, USGA has delivered professional, compliant, and highly controlled security services for government agencies, critical infrastructure, and private organizations.
Building on this operational foundation, Gina launched Blackstone Shield Transport to meet growing demand for secure luxury transportation delivered with the same rigor, judgment, and accountability expected in executive protection environments. Blackstone Shield Transport integrates trained security professionals with discreet, chauffeur-driven service for clients who require more than transportation. They require certainty.
